I hired a road bike for a day to cycle up Hautacam. I booked on line without any trouble and collected the bike from the shop. They fitted my own pedals, spoke English, and supplied a bike as requested in excellent condition. Very friendly and efficient, I would use again and recommend.

What a wonderful bike shop! I left my Di2 11 speed charger in California, and they fortunately had one in stock. But then we detected a connectivity issue and my battery wasn’t charging with the new charger on my Pinarello Dogma F12, and they meticulously pulled out all my cables and battery and were able to troubleshoot and make the connection work again without replacing the battery or port. The worked on it right away, starting in the early evening, and I picked up the bike the next morning. The staff is super friendly and they speak English very well too. The shop is incredibly well stocked with parts, accessories, apparel, shoes, cleaning products, and nutrition products, and they have a big rental fleet for road, mountain and all types of e-bikes. Great gifts for passionate cyclists too. A must-visit for your cycling trip to the Pyrénées!

Chapeau L 'Etape des Pyrenees! The bikes were in great shape and ran perfectly for the 4 days we had them. They guys in the shop spoke great English, so if that's important to you then this is your place. I would highly recommend the shop.

This a wonderful bike shop with very helpful staff. You can book the bikes online, which is a huge bonus. We had the best time because they were able to find us bikes at the last minute.
